Arguably the most detailed bed frame you will ever see, this 17th century Rococo style design is both eye-catching and grand at the same time. The Rocoo style was used primarily in furniture, silver and ceramics back in the 17th century, and gets its name from the French Rocaille (pronounced 'rock-eye') wich means the rock or broken shell motifs that often form the basis for its design. Predominantly used between 1730 and 1770, it quickly became a popular style of furniture in households at the time, and has no doubt kept its status as one of the most striking and imposing styles of hand-crafted furniture to date.
And now, you can bring th 17th century into your very own bedroom.
The Rococo-inspired bed-frame comes in a range of customisable colours. For example, in a black stain, this bed will set the tone for a gothic style bedroom with little colour needed to bring out its personality. On the other hand, lighter stains, such as white and RM (see colour-chart) will highlight the detail in the fine-craftsmanship, and make ever twist and turn in its design pop. Whatever tone and style you are looking to set in your bedroom, the Rococo style bed will no doubt make its presence known.
Available in both King and Queen, this item can be paired with out other Rococo-style furniture, such as the Rococo bedside table and Rococo Dressing Table and Mirror to complete the perfect makeover for your new bedroom.
