How do I work out shipping costs?

To work out shipping costs for your order, you can follow these steps:

Add the items you want to purchase to your shopping cart.

Enter your postcode or shipping address during the checkout process.

A shipping cost estimate will be displayed based on factors such as the size, weight, and number of items in your order.

The final shipping costs will be shown in your cart before you proceed with the final payment.

Keep in mind that the shipping costs are calculated based on various factors, including the size, weight, and number of items in your order, as well as the location you are shipping to. The carrier with the best price option will be selected at the time you place your order.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, we do offer pickup from our Coolaroo Melbourne warehouse all of our products.

 

How do I find out when an item will be shipped?

The shipping time for small items is typically within 2 days, while large items are dispatched to NSW, ACT and every Thursday, and to SA, QLD every fortnight.

 

What couriers do you use to deliver items?

We use a variety of couriers and transport companies depending on the size, weight, and fragility of the item. For large items, we use special furniture transport companies, while small items are shipped via Australia Post, standard couriers, or specialized courier services.

 

What happens if an item says that it can’t be delivered to my location?

In rare cases where an item cannot be delivered to your location, please contact our Customer Care team, and we will work out an alternative delivery method if possible.

 

When will an item arrive?

The delivery timeframe depends on the shipping location. We estimate delivery within 2 to 7 business days for most places in Australia, but it may take up to 15 business days for more remote areas. You will receive a tracking number once your item has been shipped, and you can use it to track the status of your order on the courier's website.

Tracking numbers are available exclusively for small items. For larger items, the transport company responsible for their delivery will reach out to you to coordinate the delivery day.

 

Do you deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers?

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers as our items are usually too large. Most goods are delivered by courier or specialized furniture carriers directly to your door and require a signature upon delivery.

 

How will I know when an item has been shipped?

Once your items are shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number will allow you to track the status of your order. Please note that tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to accurately update. For large items shipped with furniture carriers, tracking numbers may not be provided, but the carrier will contact you to arrange delivery.

 

How do I track the status of delivery?

To track the status of your delivery, you can use the tracking number provided for small items. For large items, the transport company will contact you directly.

 

Do you ship outside of Australia?

Currently, we only ship within Australia and do not offer international shipping.

 

Can I nominate a delivery date and time?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate specific delivery date requests at this time. We are continuously working on improving our delivery service to provide more options in the future.

 

Will all items be delivered at the same time?

If all items are in stock, they will be delivered together.

 

Can I add an authority to leave on an order if I know I won’t be home?

If you know you won't be home, you can request an authority to leave by sending us an email with your order number.

 

Is assembly included in your delivery service?

Assembly is available for Melbourne deliveries at an additional cost. Unfortunately, for all other states, assembly services are not provided.

 

Will items be delivered inside home?

Delivery for all items is limited to the ground floor, excluding areas with stairs. For apartments and office buildings, delivery will be made only to the entry point.
